Brianna will tone your abs while working your glutes. Combine Briannas abs/butts with Lees lunch crunch and by the end of the week you will have achieved total body fitness.
Boot camp
Not for the weary! This class motivates and inspires while pushing you to your max. We use modern equipment and traditional exercises to build strength, cardio and discipline. You will feel stronger and look better when you commit to boot camp.
Power Jam
A traditional high – low class. The first half is energizing cardio and the second half is the muscle burn. There is a warm up in the beginning and the class is followed with a soothing cool down. Great music and awesome workout with Brianna.
Body Sculpting
This class incorporates a little of everything. Cardio, muscle burn, circuits, you name it. Its different every Saturday. Wring out your Friday night and join Bobbe for a great workout and free coffee after!
Sport Yoga
A special treat! Feeling stressed, or did you challenge yourself with all of the body factory classes through the week? Then come and enjoy sport yoga with Shannon. Deep stretching yoga leaves your body feeling energized and refreshed and then you’re ready for more!
Trail Fit
We live in one of the most beautiful towns in the world! This class gets you fit enough to explore the outdoors on foot or bike. High cardio and strength based.
Weights & Circuits
Are you at risk for osteoporosis or any other bone density problems? As we age, most women become high risk candidates. It is proven that weight bearing exercise not only tones and slims the body but helps prevent bone disease such as osteoporosis. Very challenging and health beneficial.
Kickboxing
This is real kickboxing with Christopher. He will get you into kick butt shape. Its also a very good stress reliever since you can take it out on the bags!
Combat Conditioning
Troy's unique conditioning class. You will develop a high level of conditioning in a short period of time. The added benefits of weight loss and endurance is simply a by-product of this class. Nice weather means outdoor workouts!
Flirty Flexibility Yoga
Yoga with Shannon for the flexibility challenged or those who wish to increase their flexibility in a fun and enjoyable atmosphere.
